The brief

The scenario

Engineering and construction firms win work through credibility, not clever copy. This concept positions Pillar and Ross as a tender-ready partner from the first scroll.

The rationale

The design approach

A structured, confident landing page: ink-and-bone palette with ember CTAs, project portfolio cards, capability statements, a tender-document download gate and blueprint-grid textures. Space Grotesk headings and mono labels keep it technical without being cold.

05 — Common questions

Asked about
pillar and ross.

Straight answers about this engineering and construction firm build, our process and how something like it could work for your business.

How much does a website cost at MTJ Digital?

Build packages start from R2,499 for the Starter Site Special, from R5,499 for the Web Starter build, and from R12,499 for the Web Growth build. Monthly plans start from R899/mo. You get a fixed quote after a free discovery call — no hourly billing surprises.

How long does a project take?

Launch Lab ships in about two weeks. Growth Engine typically takes three to four weeks, and Market Leader five to six. You approve every stage, so timelines stay predictable.

Do I own my website when it's done?

Yes — 100%. Domain, content, design files and code are yours. If you host with us, leaving is never held hostage; we hand everything over.

Do you only work with businesses in Gauteng?

Our lab is based in Gauteng and most clients are in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Midrand, Centurion, Ekurhuleni and the West Rand — but we work with businesses anywhere in South Africa. Discovery calls happen online.

What do you need from me to start?

A 15-minute call and whatever you already have — a logo, photos, an old site, even a tender document. Our Project Blueprint form lets you upload briefs directly. We handle the rest.

Can you also handle my Google Business Profile and printing?

Yes. We set up and optimise Google Business Profiles, build local citations, and design physical assets — vehicle wraps, site signage, office decals — produced and installed through our premium print partners.

What happens after launch?

Every build includes a support window (30 days to 6 months depending on package). Most clients move to a care plan from R599/mo: hosting, backups, updates, edits and monthly content handled for you.
